Today i was informed that i am a "geek" for taking pictures of my food. This from Sue, a woman who then encouraged me to take photographs of the gigantic drinks, she even held one for a shot.
With that, an explanation. After a day of pre-conference classes my boss decided to take a few of his closest friends out to dinner. We went to a Kansas City standard a BBQ pit (emphasis on the word pit) called "Arthur Bryant's Barbeque" where barbeque is the only thing on the menu. Not a salad to be had, unless you count cole slaw. The photo was my dinner. It's was a little on the dry side. Maybe I chose poorly...I really wish it had been a bagel with a schmear of cream cheese.
